We want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory experience with every order.
Return Request Period
Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving their order.
Return requests submitted after the 2-day period will not be accepted.
Refund
For an approved return:
- 25% of the total payment made by the customer will be deducted.
- The remaining 75% will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
- Refunds will be processed through account transfer.
Return Delivery Charges
Return shipping/delivery charges will be borne by Swaad-e-Khaas.
How to Request a Return
Customers should contact Swaad-e-Khaas through WhatsApp at 03390120334 within the eligible 2-day period and provide their order details.
Swaad-e-Khaas reserves the right to verify the return request before processing the refund.
